Join us for the Annual Citrus Stampede Rodeo, an exciting invitational event held at Highway 41 South in Inverness, Florida. This premier rodeo experience features thrilling performances on both Friday and Saturday nights, with gates opening at 5:30 PM and showtime at 7:30 PM. As a vendor, you'll have the opportunity to be part of this authentic Western celebration, connecting with rodeo enthusiasts and families who come together for an unforgettable weekend of competition, entertainment, and community spirit.

Requirments
Application Deadline: All vendor applications must be received by August 22nd
Selection Process: Due to the large volume of applications we receive, we cannot accommodate all applicants. If accepted, you will receive a contract on or about September 6th
Insurance Requirements: Vendors must provide a certificate of Liability Insurance for one million dollars, naming Citrus County 4-H Association, Inc. (3650 W. Sovereign Path, Suite #1, Lecanto, FL 34461) and the Citrus County Fair Association, Inc. (3600 S. Florida Avenue, Inverness, FL 34450) as additionally insured. This certificate is due with your signed contract
Payment: Do not send payment until you receive and sign your vendor contract
Merchandise Approval: The Rodeo Committee reserves the right to select and/or limit items available for sale
Electrical Service: Electric service will be provided but is limited to one plug-in with a 20 AMP breaker
Generator Policy: Generators are not permitted unless written prior approval is obtained from the Rodeo Committee
Reapplication: Should your application not be accepted this year, we encourage you to apply again next year
